Subscribers of UEGA are warmly invite to guided tour of the murals in St Mary’s Song School in Edinburgh. The historic music school has been used by the choirsters of St Mary’s Cathedral in Palmerston Place since 1885. 

The school was designed by John Oldrid Scott, son of the Cathedral’s architect, Sir George Gilbert Scott. The interior contains colourful murals painted by Phoebe Anna Traquair.

The tour is due to take place on 23rd May 2023 at 10.30 am, and will be delivered by the President of UEGA, Mr David Gilmour.

Ticket costs include a donation to St Mary’s Song School. 

Subscribers should meet outside the St Mary’s Cathedral just prior to the tour.
